    What say ye?the drum beat and tempo are dead similar anyhow.... But then again that's just a bog standard drum riff no?

    But it's not them, it's the co writer of the song, the family if the guy who wrote the song with Marvin Gaye

    They would've got away with this in the past as the melodies of the two songs are pretty different but I think the Blurred Lines case has set a new precedent which will lead to more cases like this in the next few years.
