Re-Issue of Sale Consent (KBC)

    All,

    Just looking for a bit on info based on experience.
    Currently buying a house but the Letter of Consent expired before the sale was closed (3 weeks would have seen it through!)
    The vendor has asked for the consent to be re-issued and extended from KBC Bank.

    Had anyone experience on the timeframe for this.
    I understand the letter can take months initially, but does an extension (re-issue) take this also?
