Help me make decision on carpet on stairs and landing.

    Hi all.
    Am hoping to get some advice on the above. Have just been to a carpet showroom and I am bamboozled.
    I unfortunately looked at images of Roger oates carpets before going in and found nothing like it there..they are apparently very. Expensive so haven't even gone there. They seemed hell bent on selling their best sellers and sale stock which just seemed very bland. I'd like a stripemail but found theirs garish and a bit too bold looking tbh. I was even looking at Amtic strip vinyl (expensive) for my hall floor and he didn't even try to sell it)

    Anyways I cannot visualise any colour/design on my stairs. I have white panelling with Cornforth white on walls. There will be oak flooring on hall floor after. There's a big white front door with red pattern in glass. So I'd like a colour to blend in but be stylish too. I'll put up a picture and hopefully someone can give me better advice around colour. Thanks a mil
