Revised Price Plan not updated on bill

    Can you help me with a query which I have with your company since January. I renewed the price plan in January for €34 for 4 months then €44 for 12 months after that. My bill never changed and we are finding it very hard to get anyone to try and sort this out. 

    Can you help please with our query

    I would recommend you contact our loyalty team directly on 1901 (option 4) and the guys will be happy to look into this for you.

    We were in contact with them and no satisfaction was gained by that. That's why we decided to  sign up here to try and get this sorted as no one seems to what to take responsibility in helping us.
