Your still married, or a separation order in place?

I could not imagine not seeing my child for three weeks at that young age and at that special time. I say this where I am separated two kids and arrange for my ex to stay over Xmas eve so we both get the experience vice versa every second year. So I think I am fair enough person. It is very difficult to see an agreement where a judge would separate a child and mother for Xmas for three weeks. Could ye discuss a shorter period at a different period?
