My wife wants to get a coffee machine for the first time but knows nothing about them.

Her go to order is a Mocha from Costa.

So could someone tell me what should she be buying

I would recommend a small Nespresso machine with the Aeroccino whisker and some nice chocolate powder!

Why does she want a machine - I mean, does it have to be a Machine? Something driven by electricity?

A simple plunger pot isn't a machine, for instance, but a lot of people use them to make acceptable coffee. (not me, though)

At the fancy end, there are huge gadgets that all-in-one grind the coffee beans and steep the grounds etc and hiss and bubble...

But at the end of the day, what we all want is tasty coffee!
