Carrigeen v Riverbank house prices

Hi guys, just wondering why there seems to be such a big price difference on the detached houses between Carrigeen and across the road in Riverbank. Have been keeping an eye on houses over the last few months and notice that the asking prices seem to be consistently 50 to 75k higher for similar spec houses. Just wondering…

Hi guys, just wondering why there seems to be such a big price difference on the detached houses between Carrigeen and across the road in Riverbank. Just wondering if there is that much difference in the areas, seeing as the detached houses are only across the road from each other.
