    They piggyback off 3.

    Sim cards are available in all SuperValus and maybe centras.

    Or from their website.

    Lyca piggyback on the O2 network owned by Three, not the real Three network.

    Sim cards are NOT available in Supervalu or Centra. At least in my neck of the woods. Was told in all of them that I called to that they do top-ups only.
