I haven,t used my tablet for 5 months,
I found out my tablet charger is in my sisters house ,60 miles away.
i ,ll collect it in 3 days.
its a lenova yoga tablet 10 inch,
the label on the back says input 5.2 volts.
Can i use my phone charger 5volts output to charge it.
or can i just plug it into my pc using a usb to micro usb cable.
Is it safe to charge it from the pc, or the phone charger.

The tablet is a year old ,i don,t want to risk damaging it ,
unless i,m sure it is safe to charge it from the pc or phone charger .

From doing a google search , the charger is rated 5.2 volt out 2 Amps

    quote ; re device charging
if the device needs anything more than that it needs to negotiate it with the port, the standard 2.0 port can handle 500 mA .

My pc is dual core pentium 4 hp.
i have a laptop dual core 64 bit cpu 4gig ram.

I have a charging bank unit ,it charges my phone,
    label on it says Output = 5v 1Amp ,
so if it works on tablets it would provide faster charging than a pc 500ma port.
