Pretty sure it's against Trip Advisor rules to effectively pay for reviews :/.

Got a email before from a crowd I bought a 3rd party charger for my MacBook on amazon. To make it worse it has lasted longer then my apple one that went on fire....

If I gave them a 5 out of 5 on amazon they will send me out a free charger ha ha. Like I was going to say no to a 45 euro charger?

That's a little different, you've already had the product and it's worked! This would be like them offering you the charger AFTER you've written the review.

It's again TA rules regardless and they'll be booted off it if they aren't careful :).

I'd be really interested to know at what point the cut-off is. Four star, three star?

I don't think it is against TA rules to encourage people to leave reviews or even give them a free gift for doing so. They send businesses out free stickers and various other printed matter by Vistaprint to encourage customers to leave ratings. I think it's fine once you don't ask people to leave a positive review, and you just ask for a review.

They were originally Eddie Rockets franchises but a few years ago they split away from them after a legal dispute.

I don't know if that's fair. In my mind, it's just fast food at gastro-pub prices. However, for us it's a sit down treat for the kids with table service and shakes which sets it apart. Also there's nearly always a deal going and usually we'd get a family of 4 fed for < €30 which isn't bad by any measure.

That said, if it was just me and the missus we'd never go there.

Mine arrived yesterday, as did my partners
I wonder if we could use the two of them together to pay for a meal or would it be one per transaction?

You can use as many as you like. Had no problems using two.
