    Hi,
question here: My Ll is away for +/- 10 month a year. A while back I had to fix the taps in the house (they were leaking) so i clarified that with him , paid it myself and got it back from him no problem. The plumber in question had to go on to the attic to check the overflow bassins (or such) and came back down and stated the wooden construction they rested on were ready to collapse.I rang my LL and explained the situation to my best ability (sorry I do not climb ladders, afraid of heights). LL gave go ahead and plumber fixed the issue. Now there is an issue between the LL and the plumber, who charged the LL 150 quid for the job.LL offered 18 first and 25 second.Plumber says no way. I told plumber to run it through Small claims court, but now plumber came back saying I should run it through the PTRB and give it to him once approved by taking it out of the rent. I told him forget about it, thats between you and my LL, nothing to do with me. But now doubting it a little bit...did I do the right thing?
