eir sport app for Android tablet

I've downloaded the eir Sport app for Android via Google play.  However, when I try to watch eir Sport via my tablet, I keep getting the message,

"Looks like you're accessing our website from an iOS or Android device.  For the best possible experience, please download the relevant app for your device."

I can watch eir Sport via my laptop, no problem.  However, I also want the convenience of being able to watch it via my tablet (GoTab_GBT10X; Android version 4.4.2).

How do I get eirsport to recognise that I already have the eir Sport app installed, and to run on my tablet?

Thank you!

Update:  24 hours later...

Everything is working perfectly, now.  I can only assume that the changes took effect once I had turned off my tablet yesterday, and switched it back on today.  Reception is excellent, connection is excellent.  Long may this good news last!

I'm sorry to hear you feel this way.
eir Sport is compatible with android 4.4 smartphones & tablets only. I'm afraid it would not be compatible with this device.
