We are a new business in Sallins by the canal and signed up with Eir for our telephone and broadband.

Our business relies on internet & broadband quite heavily, Epos system, card machines, reservations etc etc all need their internet.

We were promised up to 10Mb when we signed up and allow me to say it was pure torture getting the installation complete, even had to work for weeks and weeks with iPhone hotspot for our Epos system and got a dongle at the end. May i say we did open in 2016 not 1996 but any way....

The question is here, we currently get download speeds of 1.75Mb which is ridiculous this day and age but what could i do to improve the speed and run our internet based Epos, card machine and reservation system more efficiently?

    Please help if one could

    Thanks

Sounds like you're misconfigured. Call your provider and troubleshoot. You should be much faster now and capable of a lot more.
