Looking for a cafe or hotel, preferably on the Northside, which has:

    - Decent Wifi

    - A selection of free newspapers to read. Ideally Irish as well as International titles (Guardian, New York Times etc.)

    Any ideas?

Airport Carlton is a good shout.

Sorry, I should have been more specific. I meant northside of Dublin City.

I think I'll try the Gresham and Jury's by Parnell Sq. first.
