Holiday Exercises - help needed

    Hi folks,

I currently am in the middle of a 9 week travelling stint. I'm finding it very difficult to get into a routine of exercise.

I regularly attend the gym in my usual life at home, but having been away for 6 weeks, all muscle and tone gains in gym are gone!!

I have 2 weddings in September where I'm in the bridal party, and unless I do anything pronto the suit fittings that I measured before I left will be falling off me.

Any links/tips/ideas for a routine I could do, without gym equipment, would be hugely appreciated.

    Thanks folks.

Great thanks for that... Recognise that chap alright.

Would a routine like this help me gain some muscle mass? Or would it just help me keep trim?

I don't think the above is what you're looking for, try push ups, pull ups if you can find a bar (I've often found them in public parks abroad), dips, squats (use your bag as weight for a front squat). Plenty more suggestions if you look up calisthenics.
