FIS?

    Hi all.

I live at home with my mum and my boyfriend lives with his parents. I was working up until May when I had my baby but wasn't working long enough to claim maternity benefit. My boyfriend works full time.

He gets 500 a week and at the moment I get nothing.

I have no idea how fis works but I'm wondering could we get fis or must we be living together to qualify?

    Thanks in advance

The child must be normally resident with the person who applies, so that rules your boyfriend out for applying.

The person applying must work more than 38 hours/for night. So that rules you out.

    Are you receiving opfp?
