I bought a phone from the tiny deals eu warehouse and it broke within 24 hours.I spoke with customer services and they want me to return it to China with me paying postage. What are my consumer rights here?Any advice is much appreciated.

Unfortunately I doubt you have any rights under Irish/EU law here. A quick look at their website indicates this is a purely Chinese operation so you're at their mercy I'd say.
