Fined. Leap issue

Hello my name is Mohammed and today I was issued a fine for using a leap card aged 4-15 and I have a card a public service card which states I am under 18 should I go and show them at the Dublin bus office .

I have the card which says I am under 18, I told him I paid the fare and I threw away the ticket but he didn't believe me and he allowed another girl in front of me get away with it and she did not have the correct leap card

but are you 4 to 15? whatever card you have is not the correct card to use with a leap fare.

You need to be under 15 not under 18. The under 18 rates need the specific card

Lying about buying a ticket when you had the used leap card just makes this worse. You're going to have to pay the fine

Stop talking rubbish. There will be a copy of the adult leap card you handed to the inspectors attached to the fine when DB look it up. Just pay the fine.

I'll be sure to ring the Revenue protection unit in the morning and make them aware of this thread. Thanks Mohammed.

If you threw the ticket away then you didn't have a ticket. You got caught spoofing so just save time and pay the fine.
