Hi I'm hoping to move back to Galway
I don't know whether I should renovate my parents house they still living but I'd take house while they still alive or should we just build a new house on my dad land
Ok to renovate things that would need to be done ie kitchen, bathroom, floors, replaster as I'd like to get rid of wallpaper, roof probably plumbing maybe new window and doors inside and out few others haven't priced anything

As for new build I see guide prices are 1300 say x 130 that would be around 160000 what that include would building, roofing.. Windows and doors etc be included, how bout architecture etc fees would that be extra thanks
