    What is the toughest smartphone to get for about €100. OH has broken screen on 3 phones now.

    Thanks frostyJim for quick response but I had motorola g myself before 2nd gen would not get again. Too many issues had to send it back twice.

    I think Aldi do an unlocked toughie a few times a year on the special buys.

    Moto G2. One guy at work is notorious for killing phones in no time :-), he did manage to break screen on this yoke as well but had a bunch of keys in his pocket. After a screen replacement the phone still working!!

    I'd say get something not bigger than 4.5".

    Put the phone in a quality tough case like an otter box.

    The problem isn't the phone is how your oh is handling it.

    At €100 you'll not get a great phone. Even a strong otterbox is 1/3 of that.

    Buy your OH a blokia until they learn not to be a brute with their tech.

    Otterbox defender case. I've one and the thing has stopped any damage for nearly 2 years now. Phone itself is still like new.
