Custom saver withdrawal

    I put in a request to withdraw funds from my custom saver account through my online banking last Friday. I normally get a text telling me when the funds will be in my account but haven't this time. How can I find out if the request has been processed?

    Hi glack,

    Thanks for getting in touch with us here on Boards.

    It usually takes 1 working day for request to be confirmed and with the bank holiday yesterday, the SMS should be received later day or at latest tomorrow. 

    You can also check this by logging bank in online, select our ''Online Service Desk'' facility and from the drop down menu, the 'Ask A Question option'. A colleague with access to your account will be happy to check this for you.
