In particular some recommendations on the dos and don'ts of this situation, how to approach tax and the required documentation…

In particular some recommendations on the dos and don'ts of this situation, how to approach tax and the required documentation for the taxman, how much of prior years' costs I can carry forward, pretty much everything about this really.
