can anyone recommend a few online fitness coaches that help with muscle gain e.g. maybe 12 week programmes etc with weekly check-ins etc.

I used Dave Young at GoBeyond and was very happy with the results. Lots of hard work required as I'm sure you're well aware, but if you're willing to work, he's willing to help, and offers 8, 12 and 16 week programmes.

Pretty sure RevFit is back doing online PT. Would recommend.

Have never used them personally, but if instagram is anything to go by *everyone* seems to be doing a recalibrated bodies plan at the moment!

Know somebody who had an issue with them, a fairly sizable one. Would advice to stay away

Thanks A Sober Paddy - had seriously contemplated getting a plan from them myself tbh as it's very easy to get taken in by the instagram/snapchat feedback etc. Very helpful to know.

while I don't doubt this, if you're paying (I assume) around €60/month for it you should probably not expect amazing service

I really wanna do one where you come and do a training session a month with us one to one and pay €97/month for it and log workouts thru a FB group. If I could get 15-20 people on it id do it in a heartbeat.

Their 4 week training & nutrition (create your own meals - they just give you macros so not a meal plan) is €140 which is pricey enough to expect a good service imo.

Oh... yes. Yes that is definitely expensive enough to warrant excellent service.

just want names please lads not a discussion. the only reason I'm doing it is because its to keep my diet on track and it will motivate me to stay on target by having someone keeping me on my toes each week.
