Irregular door size for under-stairs door?

Just bought an old house and the under-stairs access is from behind the stairs rather than the usual side access. The door that's there isn't really salvageable, it's the same depth as a standard interior door but measures 71cm x 162cm or roughly 28x64 inches and I'm finding it impossible to find an off-the-peg door to fit.

Most internal doors seem to be hollow and I'm guessing that cutting one of these down to size would be a fairly job for a carpenter, a solid door I could probably cut to size myself but would be a pretty expensive option...

Anyone know where I might find such a thing?

They have to be custom sized
Buy a hollow door cut it to size
Re size a piece of 2x2 to fit between the two ply faces
    Glue together
If you want to go the whole hog allow an inch for a half inch hard wood slip on both stiles of the door glue and clamp these into place

Try Mac's Salvage Warehouse, Islandbridge. They have used doors of various sizes, €50 each last time I was there. Bring a tape measure.
