I've given my notice and I'll have four days accrued from bank holidays including next Monday (01/08/2016). I've been told I won't be getting these days owed to me back. Is this legal? The store manager has told me he'll ask HR about it on Monday but I'd like to know from another source.

Legally I couldnt tell you but retail firm Ive worked for would pay you for and time+holidays owed. Often I find that most retail managers havent a clue. Maybe get in touch with HR yourself.
