Hi, I am with Eir but their prices are rising and our broadband speeds getting slower. Anyone any recommendations looking for landline and unlimited broadband/fibre??

All the landline type broadband providers offer exactly the same service, just maybe different bundles, but roughly the same price.

Imagine are probably your only bet for a better service.

From checking their online packages Vodafone looks cheaper than Eir, our upload speed with Eir is 0.6 so not worth staying with them

You'll get the same from Vodafone.

    Your choices are:

    Virgin, or SIRO.

Virgin can be researched at virgin's website.
SIRO can be researched at vodafone's website. You need to find "lightspeed", and it's in very limited areas.

Everything else(that's not a Wireless thing) is just eir re-sold.

    The whole county? Jeez.

Or I guess could be Donegal Town. If Donegal town, SOL though.

I don't think I was paying attention to the title when I replied, probably. Sounds like I was generalising.

Virgin isn't available in any part of Donegal - stops in Sligo.

Imagine are rolling out LTE in Donegal. Pop over to the Donegal forum where there's a discussion on it. Just got it today, am getting over 50 Mbps on a speedtest, happy out if this continues, there's a 20gb daily cap though. They're offering calls included, but I haven't looked into it yet.
