confused about next collection date

Hello, I normally collect my JSA payment on a Tuesday , but was away for a few days this week so just collect it today (Saturday). i was expecting my normal one week pay but got two, for period 20/0716 - 26/07/16 and 27/07/16 - 02/08/16. so i am confused as when i need to go back to the post office to collect again :s

If you are paid up until the 2nd (this Tuesday), you won't have to go back until the 9th August (Tuesday week). That will cover the period of 3rd-9th August as jobseeker's is paid a week in arrears.

You got a double payment because of the bank holiday. You were paid the second payment in advance so now you don't collect till the Tuesday ten days after the Saturday you collected the double payment.
