Cannot order Multiroom

    I have been informed that I cannot order Multiroom because there is a glitch in the system.

    Terrible service EIR, get your acts together.

    What are you getting smart for? This is a basic thing that they should have working seamlessly. 

    Now I am being told its not a glitch anymore but that I can't order multiroom for a few days after my service was activated.

    I ordered it in the first instance using the online form however it was never indicated in my confirmation emails nor installed on day one.
