I will be playing Fota Island in the morning so I would be looking for a course that is not that hilly.

None of them so. Fota is the flattest of that lot by far.Next flattest in the city surrounds would be water rock.

Edit to say Mahon probably best option of your list. Whether it's the best of the lot is another thing imo.

Played twilight golf in Douglas last week! Was in great condition.. The greens were like glass!

Hilly in parts through so prob wouldn't suit you!

I'd go with Douglas - close to Fota, always in good nick & you don't really notice the hill coming in.

Monkstown next choice as the hill is early & the back 9 is dead flat.

Avoid Cobh & Mallow if you don't like hills.

Well we could get a buggy and take the hills out of the equation. In fact we may need to do this in order to ensure we get in before darkness as it will be close to 5 before we get out for our second round. It is 3 weeks away so probably will be dark before 9pm.

After playing Fota last Friday and Castlemartyr on Saturday, I would recommend you look at there. It is only about 15 minutes from Fota. Not hilly at all and a short enough course, so you will move around it at a decent pace

    I'd 2nd that. Nice course.

The other option - there are 27 holes in Fota, so maybe to play the 9 holes you didn't play in the morning with 9 you have already played and enjoy a nice lunch?
