Father inlaw sent 12 bulls off last week, and all he was given was a flat price of 4/kg,now I know that he's a quality assured farm, yet he didn't receive any bonus over this price,
I'm just wondering why, granted some of them were just over 16mts.
Had he a choice of putting them on the grid or not,and how does this grid system work..coz I hadn't an idea...🙄🀔

How many were over 16 months? The QA bonus is only paid on bulls under 16 months.

If the seat's wet, sit on yer hat, a cool head is better than a wet ar5e.

As far as I know only 5/6 ,but the rest were just over by 2 months at most. In general is it better just to negotiate a base price or is going on the grid a better option with continital types,ie good Rs and Us ,I don't understand this grid system tbh

If 5 or 6 were under 16 months then I reckon you should have got the bonus on them.

As long as they graded within the grid. If they were under 2+ Or over 4= fat score or under o= for grade he wouldn't have got it.
