finally have my refurbished truma c3400 refitted at last, but it wont ignite.
    I have checked the following

its getting gas at the boiler ( new cylinder)

its sparking ( can hear it at the vent)

12.9 v even with the fan running

3 fuses in circuit board ok

    checked all connections

It was working fine before i removed it, all original bits reconnected, only non original part is the aluminium vessel

when its switched on the fan starts as normal and orange light shows, i can hear the igniter at the vent, the fan stops then the red light comes on.

    Any advice welcome
    Cheers

sounds as though the pilot jet is blocked, pilot light has to light and heat the thermocouple before it fully fires up.

looks like its down to my psb board
I have 2 spare donor boards(both damaged) plus my original, does anybody know if they can be repaired?

http://www.arelectronics.co.uk/ apparently fix them for £50

Are you sure its the board and not solenoid valve or thermocouple.

Whats damaged on the donor boards? If you were in Cork I'd have a look at it for you.

Visible faults are pretty easy troubleshoot usually. If Paddy can't fix 'em they're not worth fixing.

sent my pcb board to germany for testing, no faults showed up, the company specialise in truma boilers even discontinued models.
Apparently the air fan could be the problem, they are going to talk me through some test procedures.
