replacement phone for Huawei G7

Hi folks

My wifes one year old phone is acting the maggot and she would like to replace. It has short battery life (facebook me thinks) and now keeps rebooting itself every few hours. It is on tesco mobile but with a 2 year contract so I need to replace with a SIM free phone.

Can anyone recommend a phone with similar specs to replace this phone with. I dont want to break the 200 barrier but I might have to. Online purchase is fine as long as it is not from Chinese based sites.

400 is a long way from 200. Its an awful lot to spend on something with an 18 month lifetime

Why not uninstall the crap apps off it or install a stock tweaked rom?

Ive the same phone and with heavy use get over a day out of it, so wouldn't be getting rid of it

She has cut back quite a lot of crap apps. When it is running it works a treat but it keeps rebooting itself every so often.

Would you not try a factory reset and see?

Basically puts the phone back to how it came out of box

I saw that and the reviews are very mixed. The moto G4 is on amazon for 159 sterling with generally good reviews

I have the G7 and it's rock solid, and I get about 36 hours out of a full charge. There's a Lollipop ROM available for it from Huawei here

Went with Moto 4G in the end and she loves it. Seems to be a solid phone
