    Hi

    We group of 3 recently registered a company . We have plan to import cloths from asian countries . we haven't done the cooperation tax registration or vat . could anyone kindly let us know what all documents do we need to get clearence from the airport/port.
    * do i have to pay VAT for the goods which i arrives .
    * which bank is best to give facilities for startup /sme bussiness

    You need to see an accountant. Really!

    This is not something which you can do yourself when you don't know what you're doing...and trying to do it yourself could land you in trouble with Revenue if you do it incorrectly.
