bank holiday pay

    hi,i am somewhat confused about all this bank holiday pay,i am in my job 2.5 years and i am meant to be full time but my hours can vary a bit and not sure how to calculate bank holiday pay.i have never received any additional pay,paid day off,or anything.also i am wondering can i claim back any payments i should have received even after 2.5 years?by the way i have never encountered this problem before.i always got paid for bank holidays whether i was full time or part time.
