Can.anyone vouch for this and say it worked for them? Have real trouble with my lower back/glutes and am in pain a lot with them. Dunno if I just need deep sports massage or more. Feel my core has no strength and my pelvis is tilting forward all the time. Would building my core strength before getting it looked at help, or would a physio session and then start yo build the core a better idea? Thanks ☺

I'd be inclined to go to a good physio to get the problem identified and get a program to address the problem(s) rather than guess at what it is and do some work on something that may or may not be a problem and which only delays matters.

Go see a good physio. Get a good programme to work on. No need for fancy massages and therapies.
