Query regarding installing Nest

    Hi All,

I have a query regarding installing a Nest.
Had a look at my wiring and doesn't exactly look straightforward to me.
I have a Baxi Solo 2pf 50. There is a thermostat in the hallway and a analog dial timer beside the boiler.
I have attached images of the connections and the way I think it's wired from ohming the wires.

Does it make sense to someone. Clearly the thermostat is not really acting as a thermostat.
The timer is powering the boiler the whole time and activating the pump on the boiler when the timing is appropriate.

I suppose my question is how do I wire the nest up to this? My plan was to replace the timer with the heat link and the thermostat with the nest. Should there be a seperate thermostat cable for this boiler or does it just not have one?

    Thanks

    Gar

Where is the mains feed. Is there an isolation switch or plug somewhere?

Sorry should have put it down that the mains is going into the timer at 3, live and 4 neutral.
This is can be isolated at the 3A fuse or back again at the fuse box.

Not 100% sure on timer link to thermostat

Yeah I never drew the mains on the drawing. But should be at terminal 3 on the timer
I'll sketch it up again tomorrow evening

But where is it on the photo? Did you disconnect it. Or are you saying the wire on T2 is the mains feed? Is there some other junction box somewhere?
