I seen this break on CNN Espanol, didn't even bother posting a thread about it, man life in Europe sucks nowdays, you could be out enjoying some fireworks and an ice cream along a promenade and get mowed down by a pyscho in a truck or be out shopping on a Friday evening and be shot.

On Sky news, says there is confusion - one source says 1 dead, another source 10 dead, and a different source up to 15 dead.
So hopefully just the 1 but I believe it is higher.

This is becoming too normal and a bit too close to home. I was in Munich last Friday tutting and shaking my head at the events in Nice the night before, as I walked around a Munich shopping mall.

Last Monday, I was not far from the place in Bavaria where the train attack occurred. We had some friends depart on a train though that we were anxiously awaiting news from once we heard of the axe attack.

Just an example of how this is real world and not just news headlines. It used to be that you could choose to avoid certain places because you knew they were unsafe. Whoever is bringing this war, part of the carnage for them is not just blood, but the fear to the common person in leaving their houses.

Some people just want to kill and maim, that is always the way of the world. However, it cannot be denied that there now seems to be a concerted effort by some people in the world, not necessarily bound by religion, to turn a free and mostly fearless society, Europe, into an urban warzone.

As events are still breaking in Munich, RIP to those deceased and may those struggling for their lives have a successful outcome.

Yes, but the authorities admit that terrorists have used the migrant crisis to get their people into Europe.
That is why we had a policy change in my opinion in the EU.

I haven't seen one report saying that. And anyway, it's probably a 'German national' but I think we all expect what religion they are.

The gymnastics people go through to try to shout down any talk of radical Islam murdering innocent people all over Europe. I can't wait to see some of your quisling rhetoric as the facts start to come out later.

Listening to the radio they are saying the shopping centre has been surrounded by armed police and Special Forces.

Bus and train and services have been cancelled in Munich and people have been told to stay indoors

Obviously it is all very unclear at this stage but I would be concerned that this incident isn't over yet.

I haven't seen any reports of it being a German nationalist but it is interesting that it is 5 years since Anders Brevik attack in Norway.

In a way I hope it is because if this is the work of refugees or IS or people pretending to be refugees then we have one very serious fecking problem in Europe.
