Improve form varied strength exercises

    Hi,

I am female with moderate fitness. I go to gym 4 times a week for an hour, mostly it is 30 mins cardio (cross trainer/ cycle/ stepper) and 30 mins weights.
I love doing weights, I would do it if given a choice over cardio.
I would like to do various strength exercises with barbells dumbbells machines etc. Currently to vary workout i look up exercises in fitness app and do those. I always second guess if my form is correct if I am doing it correctly or not.
Would you think I should get a Personal trainer for a session and get varied exercises and get my forms critiqued? Are videos best to learn new strength exercises? I go to Ben dunne, would you recommend PT there?
Basically I am looking to increase the weights I can do (is it Olympic lifting Please forgive me for my ignorance). I am liking deadlifts and bent rows and started using cable (you know with weights and pulleys, again please forgive me). God so much I dont know and want to do heavier weigths :o

Any help would be really appreciated.

Hanley has a ladies lifting boot camp class coming up where he'll go through all the movements. I've been to a few of his other lifting seminars and found them useful. I'm a member at his gym now too.
