Does anyone know a cheaper way to bring a car from UK into Ireland, without going there myself?

The seller is located near Liverpool.

I intend to sent the money to the seller, and maybe a company can do the shippment here in Dublin, even in port it will due.

Do you know a company like that?

Call a few second hand dealers and see if they will get it for you on one of there run,(a lot of sourcing cars fro the UK again) would you not just go over and drive it onto the boat yourself ???
I'd be cautious of sending strangers money

€10 flight to Liverpool and €120 for the ferry back. You'd be doing damn well to get it over here cheaper than that.
I also thought like you, but the flight is 50 and the ferry is around 250, because you have to pay for the car the ferry.

It's probably going to cost close to that to get it transported over anyway.

Personally I'd go over myself in order to see the car before handing over any money.

i did it recently from liverpool, Flight was €20, ferry was €90, granted it was the 2am ferry but it was a very cheap way of getting the car home.

Why would s/ hand car dealers want to get involved in it ?
    try NVD or Crosbies.

Did it recently. €20 flight. €115 Euro ferry. Booked last night going the other way on Tuesday @ €125.

Have you checked all operators? For €250 I'd be wanting a bj thrown in!

I hope you seen, checked out, and driven the car OP.

Never ever buy blindly. It probably wouldn't end well.

Ferries and flights might be slightly more expensive in the summer, than off season.
But few years back it was €40 for flight Knock-London (booked in the evening for next day morning flight), and €115 for the ferry, for which I bought a ticket right at the port when I arrived - I didn't want to book in advance, as I didn't know what time I'll make it to the port.

Hardly can imagine any cheaper way to bring a car from UK.

    P&O through Irish ferries.

Was a good bit of waiting around from collecting the car at 4pm until the 3am ferry, but it was the cheapest option by a mile so i went with it.
