From what age should babies stop having bottles of milk during the night and how did you start weaning them off the bottle at night.

Bottles should be gone after a year. Milk, unless it's breastmilk, will cause tooth decay if it sits in the mouth so replace with water at night.

Once the girls were weaned off bottles at 12-14 months then that was it but the boy loved a bottle in bed and due to having his baby sister when he was 15 months I let him keep it longer .
Depends on the child some might like a glass of milk before bed forever others once you stop the bottle they will give up bedtime milk too .

Hi dublinhurler if I understand what you are asking then it depends on what stage you are at, if under 6 months a baby should be getting approx five 7oz bottles in a 24 hour period so if you can fit the feeds in between say 7am and 11am you could start trying to wean off a night feed!!! Over 6 months and on solids then 600ml is enough and with our guy once over one he got a sippy cup of milk morning and evening!!
