pixmania problem

Bought a mobile from pixmania with extended warranty.
It died the end of March.

There were lots of delivery issues but phone finally got to them in France on 24 May
But they only logged it in their system on 13 June.
They said 21 working days to get it fixed which would have been 13 July.

Customer service is a joke and they are not replying to any emails or giving any information on the status...
So haven't got a clue what is happening or when I will get the phone back...

Any suggestions as what we can try?

Company is nearly gone bust AFAIK. Don't count on getting your phone back anytime soon.

21 working days was earlier than the 13th of July...

They are all but bankrupt, so don't expect quick responses. You could look at European Small Claims Court procedures but again, they're all but bust.

don't mean to take the moral high ground or be condescending but this is why I spend a few euro extra and buy from Irish Companies or at least companies in Ireland esp when it comes to high usage devices

Yes but you know if they are going bust. This guys sent the phone weeks ago. There's a lot to be said for bringing the device back to the shop
