(Not sure if this is the right forum to post in, had a look around and this seems closest)

is it possible to approach your county council to offer to buy council land?

this would be for commercial use, basically adjacent to the current industrial unit we are in there is about 1200m2 of grass area. few scrubs but fenced in so not in any way used besides the council cutting the grass every few months.

any idea how to go about proposing to buy it? is it do able? would the price be fair?

    thanks in advance
