    Hi there everyone.

    Today we found when we a bank holiday we now get overtime and not a extra day off like said in our contact ?. I am wondering is that legal for them to do even if its in the contact we can take another day off ?.

    Also found out they have messed up my BIK for health and i am getting hammered on it EG paying 60 euros a month while everyone else is paying 22 euros a month. I have spoke to Payroll and he has told me that i have to pay a full years in 7 months ?. As when i started i still had my own heath and was waiting for it to run out before i signed up for it in work. He is saying i have to pay 1250 in them 7 months and i am now sorry i signed up as it not a BIK at them prices i am more or less paying for it and no one will take the blame for it. And HR i have spoke to 3 people and have said to me they will get on to payroll about it still waiting for them to. What can i do about this ?.

    Also i have been trying to speak to my manager who is in another country for the past 2 weeks and he keeps on putting it off what can i do about this ?.
