Dell discount on XPS, Inspiron & Alienware

I've been thinking of buying an XPS15 and notice that Dell have a 10% discount on Inspiron, XPS and Alienware until 20.07. Dell discounts seem to work in cycles and I wonder if the discount tends to go above 10% at times?

I recently considered the outlet shop which has significant discounts. Pretty much brand new machines which customers returned for reasons like a change of mind. Might be something there:

I ended up buying an XPS 15 second hand on Ebay instead which is another option.

There haven't been great discounts lately on Dell IMO. I got more discount via the Dell epp than the 10%. If I was buying for myself I'd use the outlet. There's an Irish phone no now and the site says there will be an Irish outlet site again soon.
