If this doesn't sell in the next few days, I'll be stripping it down and using some of the parts for a new build next week.
    €400 is reasonable.

It's been built up for around 8 months but ridden max 300miles.

All parts new (8 months garage) with the exception of the Wheelset, used these for 2 years light cross country (careful), broke 1 spoke (replaced) and freewheel hub has a bit of cutting as it's lightweight alloy. Bearings still good and spin well.

Brake levers Dia Compe (long cable pull for mtb disc calipers)
Brakes Tektro (pads are cheap to replace)
    Mech's Sora
    Cassette Tiagra 11-28? 9 Speed
    Shifters Dia Compe (friction)
Cranks Vision Trimax, Surly 47T (Stainless Steel No Ramping/ Reversable- Generic 34T
    Post FSA Alloy
    Headset FSA PIG DH
Raleigh Carbon Wrap Bars, I've new Bar tape to include
Fizik Saddle Aliante Test, with that Titanium alloy rail they use.
Tyres Vittoria Voyager 37mm, folding think they're only about 350g
    Fits me OK 5'10"
Comes as is everything included pedals lights, rack, kinda pretty, kinda heavy (steel)

    Pickup in Enniscorthy

It was the frame with BB, headset, seatpost, stem, disc calipers and maybe wheels I was after

Does that mean it is ready to go minus shifters and crankset.

It's Disassembled, I've all parts minus cranks, shifter, seatpost, clamp, headset and saddle. I've also removed the decals from the wheels (looks cleaner).
Of the missing parts I can fit a more suitable headset (lightly used caged bearings) and I've some clamp on down tube shifters (non indexed NOS Sachs Huret) Everything has the same level of usage as it was packed away months ago.
