These are interesting lads, they have over 700 vehicles advertised for sale on their site, whats the story there?

Make what you want of this.

Before this crowd where there, there was an Arthur Daley type car dealer selling mostly knackered old low value vehicles on the site. The site is right next to an unofficial halting site and any time I passed the place you could see bits missing from the cars and windows smashed. You really wouldn't have to look far to figure out who may have been responsible. Looked more like a scrap yard in the end and I think the council shut the place down and all the bits of cars were removed.

Then the current crowd came in, put a load of gravel on the lot, put a portacabin in there and erected new fencing. They have alot of valuable stock, mostly fresh UK imports or auction stuff. I know you shouldn't judge a book by it's cover but any of the guys in there I have seen look rough enough. They are there about a year and in that time none of their stock has been touched. That suggests to me that either they are related to their neighbours or their neighbours know not to mess with these guys.

Not quite Bazz. The cars that were there before Bawn moved in were the remains of John Moloney's (ex Honda dealer) stock. There was still some of them at the very back of the yard when Bawn first moved in, not sure if they're still there today.
He wasn't selling from there, just left them there for storage.
He also had a few Classics there at first (couple of '50s rollers and a few other fairly nice 60's yokes), but he must have found a premises to store them as they were moved after several weeks.
The 'neighbours' must have had a field-day for the 12 months or so that the cars were there....every morning there was another one up on blocks and another smashed side window. They probably had Ads in DD etc.
As for Bawn, there was another thread here about them a couple of years ago but they had it locked, apparently under the threat of legal proceedings

They're also giving away a free car. Some 10 year old Megane convertible by the looks of things.

They used to be in a tiny yard in Newcastle West with about 10 cars and moved into Limerick overnight with that stock.

Piece of crap and loads looking to win it
