If you are using imap, put in webmail.eircom.net

    Mail1.eircom.net
mail1.eircom.net is the outgoing (SMTP) server, also known as smtp.eircom.net. The incoming mail server is webmail.eircom.net for either POP3 or IMAP.

thanks guys, but none of those working, keep getting this message:

Authentication failed because Outlook doesn't support any of the available authentication methods.

There is no authentication for smtp. Make sure port 25 is specified for smtp too
