Just came across a nest in my digger.
Looks like a swallows nest except seems to be made of moss. Has three whitish eggs in it.
Its located in the top corner of the cab behind the seat.
Problem is I didnt notice it yesterday and used the digger for about 3 hours.
Spotted it today when I was about to use the digger.
    Any thoughts?

My guess would be a robin or possibly a wagtail nest

Have had a lot of wagtails successfully breed in the digger ...despite my vigilance. This one turns out to be a wren's nest. Eventually decided besy course of action was to move it to a nearby hedge and hope for the best.
Chicks would starve with me in digger an parent unable to keep them fed.

Whatever about a Wren, I'd say it's a dead duck now. Keep us posted if there are any developments as we've had a few miracles on the forum over the years.
