TV is full of it and now the internet is full of it. Adam Richman tried it, Randy Santel still does it, but now every tom dick and harry is at it. Ireland has lots of food/eating challenges from massive steaks to massive breakies.

I've only ever done two food challenges and both were not planned.

    1. Harry Ramsden's big one when it had a restaurant on the Naas Road. I did the deed!

    2. A hot wing challenge that I milled, but paid the price afterwards.

Look at this ****ing moron trying to kill himself for 7.8 million hits.

    Can you deal with it???

Don't artificial sweeteners have a laxative effect if taken in large doses?

His ar$e must be in tatters :D

Why does American bacon always look so unappetising? The white eggs are a bit freaky too.

Sometimes we buy sliced ham. But not enough. And we run out. And we think to ourselves in future I need to buy more ham.
Then we buy more. Maybe too much. And it goes past the best before date. Yes, even past the disputed, grace period after that. And then you think.
I need to buy less ham.

Never tried one, I'm big enough as I am. There's something about watching a food challenge though that is awkwardly satisfying. This guy goes nuts on several types of challenges.

Why in the name of sweet Jesus would anyone want to watch someone else eat until they puke. Stupid and disgusting.

Your man from that breakfast challenge is a competitive eater, its kind of his thing.

    Whatever youre into I suppose.

Becuase 20 something year old men are disgusting animals when they congregate for cans at someone's house.

I can't even imagine the stupid stuff I have seen on YouTube before going out or coming home and watching the absolute weirdest stuff imaginable.

A quick google shows that this eating challenge lark is widespread and spreading. It does look like its a 20 something gig. I did the Harry R thing in my 20s, but I believe its bigger now.

The mega hot wings I did while drunk in my early 40s. Piece of piss when numbed by booze. But its at a new level these days.

MvF was one of my favourite shows. Was always starving at the end of an episode.

At this hour of the night my biggest challenge is NOT eating.

    Midnight munchies

I looked this lad up and watched a few of his videos. He's an absolute beast. He did two challenges in Ireland and hovered up a sixty four ounce steak with all the trimmings and a monstrous looking fry up like it was nothing.

I wouldn't eat a single bite of that 'fry' he produced, it looks absolutely disgusting

I fail to see the moral difference between eating challenges while there are hungry in the world, and drinking yourself silly while there are those without clean water.

On the OP, yer man should have been drinking tea instead of water for the real effect.
