Are there any exemptions for STEA?

I'm trying to figure out a tax reconciliation for 2015.

7 months of PAYE -> redundancy, 10 weeks of JSB, then the remainder on STEA + self employed income.

As far as I'm aware, JSB is taxable with a €13 pw exemption. No USC. What about PRSI?

What is the deal with STEA? is it fully taxable and liable for Income tax, PRSI and USC?

Can I do this through ROS or do I need to also register for MyAccount or whatever its called.

    Appreciate any help. :)
